Cowboy Hiphop is a projection piece that I did inspired by the music from the Japanese anime “Cowboy Bebop“, I first rearranged the opening music of this anime in Logic Pro X, make it sounds more hip hop and electronic to be danced with, and then I made the animation based on the music beats in After Effects, the final step is to test out in a room and project the video on the wall, I asked my friend to choreograph based on the music and the animation that I made, and then I put the video back to After Effects and experiment with some simple effects. It is also possible to make it interactive in Touch Designer, which might be the next step.
